Notes
-Felt weak as balls tonight.  Three nights in a row of poor sleep.  Shouldn't have expected much.

-Squats are making my knees sore again.  Yay.

  1. knees sore, like knee pain? how does it feel? are you making sure to shove and keep your knees out in the bottom?

  2. Anterior knee soreness. Its not a sharp pain, it just feels like a lot of pressure is put on them when I squat. They felt beat up when I got out of bed this morning too.

    Yea I think my knees are out at the bottom. I think its more of a hip flexibility issue. I dunno.

  3. I need to get my fat ass out of bed and foam roll every morning. This is something I constantly think about doing, but never do for more than 3 days in a row.
