Notes
-Ordinarily I would have cut bench at the second 265 set (hit RPE 9 again), but I'm still just testing the waters out.
-I'm beat to shit right now.  Forearms, biceps tendon and elbows are all sore.  All of the random heavy shit I've been doing over break caught up with me tonight.
