Notes
-Fighting a cold now. I don't get sick often, and this is 2x in two weeks.  Sweet.
-Squats felt ok.  I was expecting more, but I guess this is about right considering I did 6 triples at 365 last week.  420 is 55 pounds over 365, and I probably had 15 pounds left in the tank (without the belt).
-Front squats are feeling better, but I still hate them.  The only thing I hate more than a front squat is a good morning.

  1. I'm not sure if you care or not, but standing cable crunches are supposed to be horrible for your posture. I know plenty of strong ass dudes do them, but just a thought.

    Also, regarding the cold... 1g Vit C every morning after waking. I'm not sure if its the Vit C, or the IF, or what, but I haven't been "sick" in a year now, and I used to get sick 2-3x a year.

  2. I didn't know that... I don't even like them that much, I'm kinda trying a bunch of different core stuff right now. I like the Janda situps, but I can't do enough so that they are effective yet.

    My Orange Triad has Vit C. (only 500mg), I'm also guessing Oximega Greens has a ton of Vit. C. I ran out of both a couple weeks ago. I don't normally get sick either. Mostlly I think this is due to going into 2 nights of heavy drinking w/ not enough sleep. I haven't been drinking at all except for my Bday, and "law school prom," and after both times I got sick. Telling me something maybe, hah.
