Thursday June 16th, Lift

DELOAD

MP - 115x2x5
Pull-up 2x6 superset w/ Chin  2x15

Notes
-Last Monday really destroyed me.  It was the 4th week in a row of increasingly heavy lifting
-Deload was the right thing to do.  Gave my joints and mind a little rest.
