Good session. Squat was better. Vids to come. I woke-up with shooting pain in my lower back. Took a while to figure out it was my psoas. After extensive stretching and a 40 minute warm-up, I felt better.
Swings felt very efficient today. I think all this bodyweight stuff is good for me. I left the gym feeling good.

stop trying to sit back and don't pause at the bottom anymore--i think these are causing you to be a little wobbly

Thanks... yea I abandoned the sit back tonight and tried a more natural break. Pause isn't intentional, I'm just kinda searching for the right positions at the bottom, trying to keep the knees out, lead with the hips, etc. I'll try to get more natural as I get more confident.
